AG PARTNERS LLC/ALCECO FFA AWARD 2012
The Ag Partners/Alceco FFA award is to be given to an FFA Senior member from each FFA chapter in the Ag Partners trade area. This award is to be based on points accumulated over the entire FFA career of a member. An FFA member can receive this award only once. Any Senior member of the FFA chapter can apply for this award. Prior to payment, Ag Partners must be provided with an official class schedule that shows the recipient is a full-time student who has completed their first semester and enrolled in the second semester.
Points will be awarded based on participation in four major areas:
- Supervised Agricultural Experience Projects
- Community Service Projects
- Cooperative Activities of the Chapter
- Leadership Activities
SAE points
1 pt. per year per project
2 pt. per judging contest (livestock, soil, meats, dairy, nursery, landscaping, etc.)

Community Service
1 pt. per hour of service in an FFA project - (please list year and time spent per project)
½ pt. per hour of non-FFA community service project
Cooperative Activities
1 pt. per 25 boxes of fruit or other sales projects
(Please list activities by year and the extent of your effort each year)
1 point for participation in chapter activities (i.e. trap shooting, Greenhand leadership camp, district, state, and local meeting attendance)
Leadership
1 pt. for FFA contest participation at the sub-district level
2 pt. for FFA contest participation at the district level
5 pt for FFA contest participation at the state level
1 pt. for being an FFA assistant officer
4 pts. For being an FFA chapter officer or committee chairman
6 pts. For being a District FFA officer
8 pts. For being a State FFA officer
2 pts. For entering proficiency application at District FFA level
4 pts. For proficiency application making it to state level
2 pt. for being a member of the State FFA Chorus, band, or courtesy corps
